The Holdovers, starring Paul Giamatti, Da'Vine Joy Randolph, and newcomer Dominic Sessa, is the new comedy from director Alexander Payne (Election, Sideways). Set at a New England boarding school in 1969, the film takes place over the holiday break as grumpy teacher Paul (Giamatti) is tasked with overseeing the children who cannot return home to their families.
