Top 15 Most Anticipated Sundance Feature Films

Every new year brings in one of our favorite film festivals, the Sundance Film Festival, it will take place from January 23-February 2, 2025, in person in Park City and Salt Lake City, Utah. Also returning this year is the festival’s online component, which lets you catch all of the competition films and more (if the film opts in), starting January 30-February 2, 2025. The festival this year is returning with some indie darlings like Molly Gordon and Rachel Sennott. Whether you are in the mood to watch Josh O’Connor as a rancher in Rebuilding, Dev Patel in the British folk horror Rabbit Trap, or Alison Brie act alongside her husband Dave Franco in the spooky film Together. This year has a wide range of films for every movie lover.

Andrew Ahn reimagines Ang Lee’s 1993 classic The Wedding Banquet with a codependent queer quad of young lovers. In this romantic comedy Min (Han Gi-chan) makes a proposal, a green card marriage in exchange for IVF treatments for Angela and her partner Lee.
