The film tells the story of a mob fixer over the course of several decades; as he comes up in the ranks of a crime syndicate through his involvement with Jimmy Hoffa (Al Pacino). Scorsese's nearly three-and-a-half-hour gangster epic is also a big gamble for Netflix who dropped over $160 million and much of their awards hopes onto The Irishman. Zach was at the World Premiere for the New York Film Festival, so Art asks what to expect, how it compares to movies like Casino & Goodfellas, as well as if it's worth seeing this movie in a movie theater before it hits streaming.
